Pros and Cons of facial exercices

Back in the 70¨s facial exercise was the latest trend in the prevention against wrinkles and the maintenance of a young and rejuvenated complexion. Today women have started to make weird expression with their faces again, in the hope that these exercises will help them erase years from their faces.

With time dermatologists and plastic surgeons have started to debate the use of these exercises against another group of professional that insist that these exercises are beneficial and help maintain the elasticity of the skin as well as activate cell renewal.

The experts on the pro side explain that these exercises help stimulate the facial nerves and activate blood circulation producing a taut appearance to the skin. The Con group argue that these movements are the actual cause of fine lines and wrinkles and that with prolong exercises more lines and wrinkles will hence appear on the face.

The only thing I´m sure of is that we need to to everything in moderation and use a combination of different techniques to help us maintain our youthfulness and always keeping in mind that a healthy lifestyle is the best remedy for any imperfection
