I was born Ander the zodiac sign on Libra and according to an article I have just read I’m an indecisive person that needs balance in my life and in the gym I need to have more patience when waiting for the machines I’m so eager to get on and that I should practice a sport like boxing or judo..Well, aside from the boxing and judo part, which I would never even attempt, the rest is true.

I love to read things like this because it makes light of things we sometimes get too stressed out about such as going to the gym and staying in shape.

Like always I write and write about women and I forget you poor men who also want to be part of the anti-aging world and in many occasions take care of yourselves much better than us. So from now on I will make sure to include a lot more posts just for you.

Today I found a really cool website called Male Species which has every type of cosmetic products for men including make-up, which I must admit kind of shocked me at first, but after some time I thought, why not? It make sense, men need to look good just like us. So I say yes.. What do you think?
