I just love Besame cosmetics, specially the lipsticks which are ultra sexy. We are all in agreement that olive oil is an ingredient that contains many benefits when ingested but what happens when you apply it to your skin. If eating olive oil in good for you, I guess applying it to your skin has the same or better benefits.

That is why L´Occitane products that contain ingredients such as tomato and olive oil are something that really intrigued me and I just had to try them. I have very dry skin and any cream that promises to relieve me of my pains I strongly welcome. The other day I read an article in yahoo about an anti-wrinkle pizza and I thought it was a joke, so I just saved it for future reference not really paying much attention to it. But ever since that day I have seen several posts and different articles talking about this miracle pizza, so I thought I had no choice but to comment on it myself.

It seems nutritionist Eugenio Luigi Dorio and restaurant owner Cosimo Mogavero have created an anti-wrinkle pizza called primula. This pizza promises to eliminate or at least fight off wrinkles due to the effects of its antioxidant ingredients. These ingredients are no mystery, whole wheat flour and vegetables such as tomato, pumpkin, carrots, spinach and garlic.

This pizza is sure to have many controversies and I’m not sure if it will remove any of my already existing fine lines but at least it acts as a distraction from our obsession with looking younger.

I have always thought that at the time of having to exercise it is better to do it with a friend by your side for moral and emotional support. But what happens when that friendship turns in to a competition? Well, I think that is something that could be healthy because competition gives you motivation to reach your goals. But you need to be careful not to compare yourself to others because our bodies and abilities are different that the rest.

It is very important that we keep in mind that our way of losing weight, eating and thinking are different than our friends, so if your friend is losing weight faster than you or could run her head off don’t let that get you down on the contrary look at it as another goal you need to surpass.
