Another nutrient to your health, Chia
Posted by julia on 14 Sep 2007 at 09:00 am | Tagged as: Health

The other day I wrote about quinoa, the nutrient that many consider a magical drug and today reading one of my favourite blogs I found an article about Chia, which seems to have many of the same mystical properties.
Chia seeds contain vitamins, omega 3, fibre and of course loads of antioxidants and could help fight cholesterol, Alzheimer, complicated pregnancies, arthritis, asthma and many other illnesses. Including chia to your diet is very easy; all you need is 5 grams a day to prevent illnesses and about 25 grams a day when there is an illness present.
With so many of these natural and cheap products out there I have to ask, why do people insist in eating junk food which is much more expensive and could kill you?

I’m sold on nutrients to help stave off aging as long as possible. Of course, I also like pizza, beer, & burgers, so you can imagine that my diet’s pretty poor. I’m a single boomer guy, more active than I’ve ever been, so I don’t always make the time to shop for healthy food and then prepare it. I must confess, I prefer to get my antiaging nutrients in a bottle. My favorite is Jean Carper’s anti-aging products. She’d got a whole range of stuff that’s good for you, like cinnamon & green tea extracts, fish oils, etc. I’ve definitely noticed a difference since I’ve been talking them.
Here’s a link in case you want to check it out for yourself: http://jeancarper.stopagingnow.com/

Dear Nuria,
I’m a 43 year old father of a beautiful
little girl that I raise by myself
and before I found this secret
I had no energy and was starting
to look my age. After being on this
stuff for 2 months, I now have the energy to
play with my daughter and yesterday I
got I.D. at the store.
