Do you take vitamins everyday? it is necessary to eat well everyday to maintain a healthy and strong body. Each vitamin helps keep different parts of our system functioning at their best and it is important to know what each vitamin does and what effects they have on our bodies so we know what we need depending on our individual needs
Vitamin K, which can be found in vegetables such as cauliflower, col and spinach help maintain our bones strong as well as helping maintaining our coagulation to prevent hemorrhages. Although it is not a vitamin that is talked about a lot, it should still be an important part of our daily diet to help us maintain our daily strength.
