How to stop the temptation

I´m the first to admit that food temptation is one of my worst traits.  I can´t seem to keep my eyes, smell and of course taste away from rich fatty foods or high in sugar cakes, potato chips, beer.. on and on.. All the things I know I should stay away from when trying to lose those few extra pounds.. (more than a few).  I realize I need to put a stop to this temptation madness and I will do it.

Although it seems difficult, we can all start to substitute the things we love to eat for the things that are good for us to eat. For example, beer, why not try a non alcoholic beer, how about sugar free cakes and sweets, nowadays they make a lot of different varieties of sugar and fat free sweets. Also try eating fruit when your sweet tooth asks for something tempting..

With a little consciousness we could start to train our mind and our bodies to enjoy different types of food that will help maintain us looking and feeling younger longer.
