Red Tea, the best solution for losing weight? Well, maybe that and much more. The secret of the Chinese emperors is considered to be rule number one to obtain great health. With too many virtues to mention, this little home remedy might be what we are looking for when needing to shed those unwanted pounds.

Red Tea is naturally decaffeinated and has a great taste.  It helps reduce cholesterol, detoxes and purifies,  activating the liver metabolism, it helps with the digestion of fatty foods (this is what we are interested in) and it is also said to cure a bad mood.

You must drink at least 4 cups of red tea a day (breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner); at the same time maintain a diet rich in vegetables and fruits, exercise and of course meditation to be able to obtain a mind free of stress.
