I don´t know many women older than 35 years old who have oily skin (I know they are out there, those lucky few who will keep the wrinkles away a little longer). I for one have had very dry skin since childhood and have been on a quest to find the perfect solution. I think I have just about tried everything, creams, oils, vitamins and yes I drink plenty of water but nothing responded. A friend recommended I use essential oils in conjunction with my creams to help my terrible lizard skin and with nothing to lose I gave it a try.
I educated myself on the subject matter and I discovered that the use of essential oils from flowers, herbs and trees in extract or in the essence used to help promote health or well being is a therapy called aromatherapy. Greek, Egyptian and Roman civilizations used a combination of different oils to better their health and promote beauty.
I found a great store specialized in essential oils called taliaessenze through the Internet and I bought all the appropriate oils to calm dry skin, geranium, jazmin, lavender, lemon, patchouli and rose. Prepared with all my products, I started to mix and combine oils with creams to see what would happen.
With time, I started to notice a difference in my skin and my state of mind. I realized these oils not only make you look good, they make you feel good with their relaxing aroma. I continue my essential oil routine and will continue to use these oils to maintain my soft and velvety skin.

At what age should a woman start worrying about her age? At my almost 40 years old, I think that we have a built in gene that makes us start to worry about aging from the time we are young girls. It is ingrained in us and through our lives we go on worrying about how we are going to age and our insecurities invade us and take over. We try desperately to find the fountain of youth and any measures or remedies that will keep us stay young and beautiful for ever.
Wrinkles are the first signs of aging and the first thing we see when we look in the mirror. Nowadays, there are many anti aging products and treatments that help us stay young but with so many new treatments being introduced everyday it is hard to say which is the best for us. One of the newest trends in this anti aging world is Botox.
Botox (botulism toxin) is a protein which injected very superficially on the skin, with a fine needle that produces hardly any pain provides a temporal solution to the elimination of fine lines and wrinkles. It relaxes the muscles surrounding the wrinkle and leaves the skin stretched and renewed. Even though it is not the perfect miracle, for many it is a small miracle that allows them to enjoy a wrinkle free expression for a limited time.
As with anything, these treatments need to be combined with a healthy lifestyle and foremost a young spirit.

Truth be said, depending on how I feel in the morning is how I get dressed, picking out what colors to wear varies on my mood. Naturally, our eyes are sensible to the frequency of light vibrations, and this allows our mind to actually feel colors, hence affecting our moods daily.
Healing by color or as it is otherwise referred to as, cromotherapy is an ancient practice. Each color is represented and has its own function, for example red connects with our vital energy, sexuality and creative processes, orange connects with our physical movement and our emotions and so on all the colors of the spectrum.
Many people believe that with the help of a cromotherapy specialist, they could alleviate many symptoms that accompany various illnesses, help with depression and help your overall wellbeing. In places like the Bagua de Barcelona, cromotherapy is used to balance the mind and body.
What color will you wear tomorrow? Give it some thought and start to brighten up your days with a little splash of color.
