Having a beautiful smile is something everyone strives for. Dental health is a very important part of our overall health and having healthy teeth not only means a beautiful smile it means we are enjoying a healthily life. It may seem like it is hard thing to achieve but if we take care of our teeth daily and follow a simple dental routine we could maintain a fresh white smile.
Here are a few tips:
1. Avoid foods that stain the surface of your teeth such as coffee and tea.
2. Stop smoking
3. Brush your teeth three times a day using an adequate whitening toothpaste
4. always use dental floss
5. have a professional dental cleansing twice a year
What we need to remember is that even though we follow these tips our body chemistry and our general health could limit the whiteness of your teeth and we need to seek professional help to help give us the little whitening boost by the use of specific treatments.

What woman could dare say they don´t have cellulite? Well, very few because around 95 of 100 women of all ages and weight has this terrible and annoying problem. Cellulite is described by wikipedia as a dimpling of skin, caused by the protrusion of subcutaneous fat into the dermis creating an undulating dermal-subcutaneous fat junction adipose tissue . (pretty technical huh?) In reality we call it orange peal skin and it often presents itself in the buttocks, hips and abdomen and it could be very painful in some cases.
There is no cure for this unfortunate curse but if we try to live a healthy life free of stress (I know very difficult), a diet rich in fiber, daily exercise and overall drink plenty of water, we could begin to prevent and avoid cellulite. We also need to eliminate alcohol, tobacco, salt and coca cola type drinks (yes, impossible)
Nowadays we have the luck of having at our disposition several treatments that help us with our fight against cellulite such as lymphatic drainage, acoustic wave therapy and many more that are available from many beauty centers. We also have many over the counter creams that with daily use help maintain the affected skin look and feel better.
So don´t fret, start a new anti-cellulite regime today and start to feel your best.

5. Don´t over do it with the booze
6. Eat half of what you can that way you can make room for desert
7. Try vegetarian recipes
8. Even if you get home late don´t forget your nightly beauty routine

Sleep is one of the first rules of beauty. If we don’t rest our bodies completely at night we wake up exhausted, in a bad mood and not looking quite our best. I envy little babies that get to sleep for hours on end, look how good they look. I’m not saying we should sleep 12 or more hours a day like they do, but enough to keep us healthy.
It is better to sleep 6 hours of deep sleep than 9 hours of tossing and turning. The recommended hours for a good night sleep in an adult are about 8 hours but each person has their own internal clock that allows them to sleep less or need more. In this day an age I think most of us need more sleep, there is not enough time in the day to get everything done and we are up all hours of the night trying to complete all our tasks.
Here are some suggestion on how to get a better night sleep: Make sure to go to bed at the same time every night, use a comfortable mattress, relax completely and forget about the day that has passed, take a warm bath with your favourite bath oil, and if all else fails drink a glass of warm milk, like mom use to give you or drink some chamomile tea (my salvation).
If we are able to keep a healthy lifestyle during the day, exercise regularly and eat well we will prevent bad nights and we will invite a deep sleep that will take us to our journey of our dreams and allow us to wake up bright and cheery the next morning.
