January is considered soup month but we shouldn’t´ have to wait until January to eat soup. With the cold of the winter, the one thing you feel like is a good plate of warm soup any time of the day. Even if you don´t like soup think that eating a plate of vegetable soup has many nutrients that keep you healthy and is low in fat helping you stay in shape. Without knowing it your tummy will be full with no need to eat more and you will lose a couple of pounds on the way.
With so many different recipies for delicious soups, you could enjoy a wide variety of tasty meals every day.

I can´t remember when I looked at myself in the mirror and said “Wow, what perfect abs I have”, in reality I don´t think I could ever remember saying that, not even when I was dancing ballet professionally and had excellent healthy habits. Now two kids later you could all just imagine how perfect my abdominal’s are.
What are perfect abdominal’s? I´m not sure I´m the right person to answer that question but I could maybe tell you how you can acquire satisfactory looking abs. The first thing to consider is that you will need discipline and patience. Performing abdominal exercises daily is a must as well as eliminating alcohol and foods high in salt due to the fact they make you retain water. but most important is not allowing ourselves to get depressed when after many hard months of a strict diet and exercise we take that look in the mirror and we still have a bit of a gut that just wont say goodbye.

Christmas is just around the corner and I´m starting to freak out a little. All I see are sweets and more sweets, food all types specially traditional holiday food and my I know I have already gained weight just looking at it. I know it is going to be impossible to maintain my temptation to a minimum but I need to take action now, I can´t wait until the holidays are over and the pounds have caught me and wont let go. I have decided that this holiday season I´m going to walk and walk and walk.
I´m going to walk everywhere I can, If I have to drive then I will park as far as possible and walk. Walking is one of the best things you can do for your health, it helps increase your blood circulation, prevent cardiovascular diseases and burns calories without you even noticing. I figure this way wont have to stop eating all together.
