If they World have told me about this pillow a couple of years ago when my wrinkles had not been born yet, I would have laughed and made fun of the inventor of this nonsense, but since I’m at an advanced age (nearly 40) and the other day I woke up and noticed that the way I had slept gave me more wrinkles that I know I really have, so today I don’t laugh.

I’m not sure if this pillow that not only promises you to give you less morning wrinkles but also helps soothe your neck and face with the specific design so that there is no unnecessary weight and so you wake up like a queen, is the solution for my wrinkles but I like the idea.

Developed by Cynthia Boxrud MD. And the orthopaedic surgeon Scott Powell, this pillow costs $58, which I don’t think is that much is you think of the possible results.

Each season I love to renew my makeup bab and take a look at the new collection from my favorite cosmetic firms. And one of those makeup companies that I love in MAC. All their collections have young elements that make me feel like a young girl again.

The “strange hibrid” collection has a great purple eyeshadow the suits me perfect, “slimshine” offers great lipstick that shine and shine. If I could I would buy all the collections and spend my days just putting make on until I was bored.

Mature skin is usually said to be dry and flaky with lack of elasticity but not all mature women have dry skin, some even have problems with acne that they can´t get rid off no matter what they try.

I have been hearing a lot about a new product line called Thermaclear which I hear is awesome for acne. They have a treatment line which includes a cleanser, toner, the usual stuff needed to beat acne but with a difference, they say these products actually work. It is geared mostly towards young girls and adolescents but don´t be fooled read between the lines and check out these products.

Alterna hair products are the latest’s in anti aging hair. Victoria Beckham seems to love the caviar conditioner which relaxes and maintains her hair soft, shiny and yes young looking.

I haven´t tried them yet but if Victoria loves them then I guess we have no choice but to give them a chance.

The Obagi system is a group of products developed by Dr. Zein E. Obagi, who in 1988 created his first line of pharmaceutical cosmetic line called New-Derm Systems. They say most customers say they would go naked after using their products.

I want to get naked, well, what I mean is naked in the sense of changing my adult face to one of a baby new and fresh. Some of the products such as the Obagi-C Rx System helps with age spots, the Obagi Blue Peel System has vitamin C which helps guard the face against free radicals.

And one of my favorite products is their eye cream Obagi ELASTIderm Night Eye Cream. It leaves the skin around my eyes firm and bright. If you haven´t heard about these products, I invite you to give them a try.

Imagine that you could go right to your back yard and choose whatever herbal plant you wanted and addeded to your favorite moisturizer so you can boost its benefits from having fresh herbs. That would be nice but who would have time? But I found a cosmetics company that has its own herb farm.

Yes, its own herb farm, how cool is that, they are a totally organic company that believes in conserving natural beauty, they don´t tests on animals and have an awesome product range that is reasonably priced.

I´m going to try a couple of these products out and will let you know how they do.

According to Telegraph the best anti-aging foundation on the market right now is Resiliense Lift Extreme Ultra Firming Make-up from Estee Lauder. Now this doesn’t´t surprise me in the bit since it is the actual foundation I´m using at the moment. and I love it.

a friend of mine recommended and you know me I must try every single product that is recommended. I really love this foundation because it is not only light weight yet gives you great coverage. You can actually feel the lifting part (well, I´m convinced I can or could be wishful thinking), it leaves your skin flawless all day long and the best part is the SPF 15 that I ca´t go without.

If it is not stressful enough to try to choose a product from the thousands out there that will help us be more beautiful and young now we need to learn how to read labels and be aware of what ingredientsare included in our beauty creams. Sometimes the most expensive cream is not always the best, the best products have the right combination of ingredients that are the best.

When we take a look at a product label the first thing we need to look at are the five first ingredients listed, becuse these are the ingredients with the highest percentage of concentration. The first ingredient on the list has a higest amount than the last in that certain product. So if you see a cream that advertices aloe vera but aloe vera is listed last you know there is probably only aobut 2 % of that ingredient in the product. Well, now that you know a little more about reading a label you should check out glam.com where they list the top 10 ingredients your cosmetics should not have or at least be last on the list.
