The perfect pedicure, Your feet are asking for it

4.jpg3.jpg2.jpg1.jpgWinter is among us and that means hiding our little tootsies behind heavy socks and boots ,but this is not a reason to forget about them. Your poor feet sustain us all day long without complaining the least bit when we squeeze them in to those shoes one size too small just because we thought they were to die for and just had to have them, they don´t say anything when those Manolo Blahnik new shoes cut through your toes day after day (but you look good). Give thanks to your poor feet and pamper them a little this winter.

You don´t need to run to your nearest beauty salon (well not all the time), you can perform a do it yourself pedicure in the comfort of your own home. Here are a few tips:

1. Start by soaking your feet in warm water using your favorite relaxing gel.
2. Apply an exfoliating gel and massage your feet using circular movements.
3. Using a pumice stone rub away all the calluses, apply cuticle cream to your toenails and push back the cuticles with an orange stick.
4. Cut your nails (but not too short in order to prevent infections) and file them.
5. Apply massage cream and give your self a soft massage (here is the part where you may want to ask for help)
6.Separate your toes with those cute little toe separators (or just use plain toilet paper wrapped around each toe), apply a base coat and then your favorite nail color.
7. Apply a drying spray and you are ready to go.

Ahh. what a relief huh? As soon as I get home I think I will do the same.
