Everyday I find a new technology that promises to help us in one way of another and each one is just stranger and more odd than the next. For example, I introduce you the BOD POD, a capsule that looks more like a mini space ship. Bod Pod, helps measure your body composition to determine your fat and lean mass.
If you weight yourself on a regular old scale you will only obtain your weight in number but a scale can´t tell the difference between fat and muscle pounds.
