Ok, I now think I have seen all there is to see. I love to find new innovative ways to stay in shape and I think this is one of the most interesting ideas yet. It is not for everyone but for those of you who are a little bored with your daily exercise routine and want to try something a little more daring and interesting here is your thing. You can sign up to the new type of yoga called Aerial yoga in studios in New York or North Carolina.

This new style of yoga is called Unnata Aeral Yoga and it uses the same asanas you find in your typical yoga class but combines it with acrobatic movements that help further stretch and flex your muscles, giving your body more freedom and strength. No prior experience is required all you need is the willingness to try something new and fun.

The word Unnata means elevated in Sankrist and that is what this type of yoga is able to give you. It will not only elevate you physically but also spiritually. Your body will relax with the free movements and you will be able to balance your body.

Another activity I will have to try, I think I will be very busy this year.
